There can be growth in every season.

Wildflowers don’t wait for perfect conditions—they thrive in all kinds of soil and often sustain entire ecosystems through their resilience. In the same way, we believe women officers of The Salvation Army carry the potential to bring life, strength, and beauty wherever they serve. This seminar invites women leaders to embrace their calling to preach God’s Word with the boldness, grace, and endurance of wildflowers—flourishing in unexpected places, right where God has planted them.

About

We are thrilled to invite women officers to attend this year’s Preaching Seminar: “Cultivate”—a dynamic and spiritually enriching experience designed to cultivate your God-given potential, strengthen your preaching gifts, sharpen existing skills, and develop new ones in a supportive, Spirit-filled environment. Whether you're early in your ministry journey or have years of experience, or you preach once a year or every week, this seminar is crafted to help you build confidence in proclaiming the Word of God with clarity, conviction, and creativity.

Hosted at the beautiful Evangeline Booth College in Atlanta, Georgia, this three-day gathering will feature incredible guest speakers and teachers—leaders who are passionate about helping women go deeper in their calling and continue to grow in their ministry of the Word. Each session will offer hands-on training, practical preaching tools, and deep encouragement for those committed to faithful, transformative communication of Scripture. This event qualifies as 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and is an excellent opportunity for officers to invest in their long-term development as proclaimers of the gospel.
