Cultivate is a spiritually enriching, three-day seminar designed to equip and empower women officers and sergeants of The Salvation Army to grow in their preaching ministry. Through hands-on training, practical tools, and inspiring teaching, participants will sharpen their skills, strengthen their confidence, and deepen their calling to proclaim God’s Word.

This event is intended for all active women officers and sergeants in the USA Southern Territory—whether you preach weekly, occasionally, or are just beginning to step into the pulpit. If you're wondering if this is for you, it is!

Dates: September 10–12, 2025
Location: Evangeline Booth College – Continuing Education Center, Atlanta, GA -
The seminar’s theme is inspired by Isaiah 35:1: - “The wilderness and the dry land will be glad; the desert will rejoice and blossom like a wildflower.”
We believe women can thrive in all seasons and places—just like wildflowers. -
Your registration fee includes:
All seminar materials
Meals during the event
Lodging (depending on your registration option)
Fee Options:
$50 – Standard registration (shared housing)
$100 – Registration with private housing
$20 – Local commuter registration (no housing)

Yes! You can apply for a travel grant during registration if the expense cannot be supported by the appointment. Additional financial support may also be available.

Registration closes on August 27, 2025. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.

Yes. Your registration must be approved by your divisional Command Leader.

Yes. Participants will earn 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) for attending the full seminar.

Rev. Dr. Nicole Massie Martin – COO of Christianity Today and founder of Soulfire International Ministries
Colonel Janet Munn – Former training principal and justice advocate with over 35 years in ministry
Jeniffer Dake – National speaker with a passion for communication, identity, and biblical truth
