Important Seminar Details:

  • We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to fully engage during our time together. Here’s a quick guide so you’ll know what to pack:

    Wednesday – Registration, Opening Dinner & Keynote
    Dress is business casual. Think neat and put-together without being overly formal. Slacks, skirts, dresses, or nice jeans (clean and without holes) are all welcome. Pair them with a blouse, button-down, or sweater—something that feels professional yet relaxed.

    Thursday – Sessions 1–3
    We’ll be in classroom uniform for these sessions.

    Thursday – Session 4 (Evening)
    You can switch back to business casual before or after dinner—again, that means polished but comfortable.

    Friday – All Sessions
    We’ll be in classroom uniform for the day.

  • When you arrive at the Evangeline Booth College (EBC), you’ll first stop at the security booth located on the left-hand side of the entrance. Please have your ID ready to show security for entrance.

    Once you’ve cleared security, head over to the Lanier Center (next to the dining room) to check in with Major Frances Pangrazio. There you’ll receive your registration materials, housing instructions, and directions to help you get settled in.

  • If you applied for a travel grant, please note that funds will be transferred to your appointment within the next two weeks. Thank you for your patience as these are processed!

  • Each attendee is required to sign up prior to the event for two breakout sessions, and trust us—you’ll be glad you did! These gatherings are designed to be some of the most engaging and practical parts of the seminar, giving you the chance to learn directly from our incredible guest leaders. Each breakout is packed with wisdom, insight, and encouragement that you won’t want to miss. Be sure to register early to secure your top choices—these sessions are where so much of the growth and connection happens!

She Speaks is a unique opportunity for Officers and Sergeants who are ready to put their preaching skills to the test in a safe, encouraging environment. By signing up, you’ll receive 5 minutes to preach on Luke12:22-31, followed by instant feedback from our panel of seasoned speakers.

    This immersive session is designed for those who want to expedite their growth, refine their voice, and fan the flame of their calling. Whether you’re eager to sharpen your skills, gain confidence, or be challenged in new ways, She Speaks will stretch you and encourage you at the same time.
